A Fast and Easy Inmate Search is the First Place to Start
Take a Breath. We've Got You From Here.
This page is a resource to help you find your loved one, whether they’re in Pueblo County Jail, El Paso County Criminal Justice Center, or another Southern Colorado facility. Our entire team is here to make this process as smooth as it can be. We’ve had clients tell us they’ve never worked with a bail bond company this compassionate, and that’s on purpose. We’ve been in your shoes, we know what it’s like to panic and worry, and we don’t forget that while we’re helping you.
Getting Started Is Quick
How Searching for an Inmate Works
First, find the county jail your loved one is being held in below, then use the link to search their records directly. Records are typically updated once or several times a day, so if you don’t see a result right away, it doesn’t necessarily mean anything is wrong. Booking can take a few hours, especially during busy periods.
Whether you need bail bonds in Pueblo, Colorado Springs, or anywhere else in Southern Colorado, Angels & Outlaws is here for more than just paperwork. We care about the outcome for your family, not just the transaction.
Before You Search for an Inmate: What You'll Need
Most jail search tools ask for one of the following:
- Full name (first and last)
- Date of birth
- Booking or case number, if you have it
You don’t need all three. A name alone is usually enough to get started, though more details narrow the results faster.

Found Them? Here’s What Happens Next
Why Families Keep Calling Our Southern Colorado Bail Bondsmen
Efficient
The moment you call, the bonding process starts. We move fast because we know every extra minute is one more your loved one waits.
Compassionate
Every client comes to us with a story, and we listen to it. Most people feel like family by the time we’re done, and that’s exactly how we want it.
Accessible
The justice system doesn’t run on a schedule, so neither do we. We’re available by phone 24/7, every day of the year.
How soon after an arrest will someone show up in the jail search?
Usually within a few hours, though it can take longer during busy periods. Booking has to be completed first before a record appears online.
What if I only know the city, not the county?
Search the county jail nearest where the arrest happened first, that’s almost always where someone is held right after being booked.
I can't find them anywhere. What should I do?
Try VINELink to search multiple facilities at once, or call us. We search these systems every day and can often help you narrow it down fast.
Does the inmate search tell me the bond amount?
Sometimes. Many county systems list bond amount and charges once booking is complete, but not always right away.
Is there a fee to use these search tools?
No, and it’s made that way to make it easier on family members needing to find their loved ones. Every inmate search link on this page, including VINELink, is free to use.
Someone called saying they need payment right now to release my loved one early. Is that real?
No. Scammers sometimes pull inmate names straight from public booking reports, then contact family members pretending to need urgent payment for an early release, an ankle monitor, or a fee for “additional charges.” A real bail bondsman will never contact you out of the blue demanding payment. If it feels off, hang up and call us directly to confirm anything you’re told.
What information do I need before I call a bail bondsman?
Your loved one’s full name, the facility they’re being held at, and their booking number if you have it. We can work with less, but this speeds things up.
Can you help me find an inmate even if I'm not sure which county they're in?
Yes. Call us and we’ll help you figure out where to look.
